Deathstalker is a scorpion rare spawn that can appear randomly in any of the burrowed scorpion locations around the map (designated by a puff of sand), such as the area between Scorched Flats and the Hotel Wahid International, or Sekhet's Domain.  He has no special buffs, and defeating him grants the Deathstalker achievement.
